What’s Covered
Your VidieGoGo is guaranteed to work as intended for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If it stops working properly during that time, we’ll replace it for you.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the book, or any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
How to Use Your Warranty
To receive a replacement:
Keep your proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase.
Return the product to the distributor where you bought it within one year.
